Description
The load cell LC-01 consists of a pressure sensor with thread coupling (see separate data sheet) connected to a special oil filled path. When this path will be affected by load levels, the oil inside will be pressurised. This pressure is recorded by the membrane of the pressure senor.
The sensor is temperature compensated using a second FBG.
Features
The load cell LC-01 can measure load levels and temperature with a resolution of 0,1% Full Scale and an accuracy of 1% Full Scale. The load level can be chosen between 1 and 150 bar.
The sensor can be used in harsh environments and is watertight according to IP68 BSEN60529.
Applications
The load cell LC-01 can be applied to measure load, earth and soil pressure as well as concrete stress.
